If you’re looking to exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help!

We offer free exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product. 

• Discounted items are FINAL and cannot be exchanged however if damaged upon receiving please contact Haily@hauteandhoneybees.com
• Due to sanitary reasons, all swimwear and accessories (jewelry, bags, shoes, hats etc.) cannot be returned. 
• Items being exchanged must be in the original condition that it was sent, with no sign of visible wear or use (Ex. Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Fragrances, etc.) Otherwise the exchange will be rejected by our department.
• Items must be returned in original packaging
